Is it safe to enter my card number online?You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information transferred online. Why did my credit card authorization fail?It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorised. We will send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorising your credit card. How will the payment appear on my card statement?Any line item appearing on your credit card or bank statement will be not associated with Condom Girl and there will be no mention of Condom Girl or any reference to condoms. What are the expiry dates on the condoms you sell?We try wherever possible to supply condoms with expiry dates in excess of two years however in some cases this is not possible. We will always inform you if the condoms have an expiry date less that two years. How long does delivery take?We send nearly all of our orders by first class mail on the UK mainland. Typically this will take between one and three days. Generally we will dispatch your order on the day that it is received. If this is not the case then it will be on the next working day. I placed an order days ago and it has not arrived what should I do? If there is a problem supplying your order we will have sent an email to the address that you entered when placing your order. It is therefore important that you enter the correct email address when prompted. It is also important that you print out the order conformation page. This page will have all your order details and it will make it much easier to find out what is going on. We send nearly all of our orders by first class mail on the UK mainland.
