We know that occasionally you will want to return some goods. We have a no quibble 365 day returns policy where you may return the goods for any reason in their original packaging, unused with any seal intact. We must be able to sell these goods as new. Once we receive the goods, we will issue a refund within seven days. To ensure that your return arrives please send the package by recorded delivery. In this case you will be responsible for the cost of return postage. If the product has an expiry date we have a 3 month returns policy.

If goods are received by you, damaged or faulty, you need to inform us within 10 days of receiving the goods. We are happy to arrange for the return of the goods and to send you replacement goods at no extra charge.

If you find this product anywhere else before you have purchased let us know and we will better the price. If you find the same product you have bought from us within a month of purchase for less let us know and we will refund you the difference. We monitor prices on marketplace websites such as Amazon and eBay on a daily basis to make sure we are providing a better price for you if we can.

If you are buying from our website and having your order delivered anywhere in the UK. There will be a free delivery in the UK option in the check out for you to select. Free delivery is the Post Office’s standard 2nd class post and you can expect your order to arrive in 2-3 working days. You can also expedite your delivery.

If you order before 2pm Monday through to Friday your order will be dispatched that day. Free post to the UK is Royal Mail 2nd class or you can expedite your order for an additional cost and select Royal Mail 1st class. If you order after 2pm or on Saturday or Sunday then your order will be dispatched on the next working.

How are my goods packaged?
We buy many of our condoms in bulk and not necessarily in retail packaging. We then package the goods in materials sources from sustainable resources and pass on the savings to you. This means that some of our condoms will arrive loose in our packaging, and not necessarily in retail boxes, with all the necessary instructions.

We are very aware that many customers require complete discretion when purchasing our products. All our of orders are dispatched in plain packaging, with no reference to Condom Girl anywhere on the outer packaging
